1. Add as many homeowner addresses as possible to build your database
Did you know that email engagement DOUBLES with addresses, and gives you access to property intelligence — like who has been in their house for over 10 years, or who has a mortgage rate over 6%? This is our #1 recommendation to ensure you are ready for the Challenge!
You have three ways to increase the addresses in your database:
Fastest/Most Accurate: Fello provides unparalleled data enrichment, getting up to 70% of your database with accurate addresses — immediately.
This feature is an add-on and requires the purchase of Fello credits if you do not have any.
Slower/Less Accurate: There are third-party data enrichment providers, which would require manually uploading results.
Constant: Fello’s automated emails will ask homeowners to add in their addresses and validate existing addresses in your database — helping you build a more accurate record of homeowners in your database.

2. Create segments of your prospects.
Knowing how to “fish within your database” will be a key component for your success in getting as many listings as possible. Whether you’re new to Fello, or have been on for a while, mastering segment creation unlocks a world of opportunities when it comes to converting your database.

3. Make a public social post accepting the Challenge.
Post a video on any of your social accounts and declare that you've joined Fello's 30 Day Listing Challenge, and include the hashtag #fello30dlc. Accountability is a huge part of success and learning in the Challenge
